REVIEWS

Even if the reader realizes that there's some fiction intertwined with facts, this unusual page turner depicts the life of Jesus so uniquely that it was hard for me to put it down. Now more than ever, our celebrity hung-up society needs to read stories like "The Carpenter Trilogy". I highly recommend it.

The real miracle of the Incarnation is not that God transformed himself into a human body. The bigger miracle - the Good News - is about what kind of human personality he revealed himself to be. God's personality is the same as that of Jesus. "The Carpenter Trilogy" reveals the details of this Personal miracle. Maybe for the first time in literature, it helps us truly understand the kind of human personality God revealed as his own.

Volume I of "The Carpenter Trilogy" is an Everyman's sketch of Jesus' life as none has told it before. Very comfortable reading . . . inspiring . . . uplifting.

I enjoyed reading Volume I very much. It gave me new insights into the life of Jesus. After reading it I bought two more copies and the passed all three to my friends. This book should be read by everybody.

The essential thing the book requires of the reader is to be the outsider who asks 'Who is Christ, this Being, this Man-God, this God-Man?'

A very interesting read that personalizes and fills in many of the missing pages of Jesus' story. Can't wait for Volume II!

I loved reading Vol I of "The Carpenter Trilogy" because it takes the stories we have heard before and adds another dimension. The book encourages you to imagine what it was like to have been there, side by side with Christ.

"The Carpenter Trilogy, Volume I" is a recreation of Jesus' birth and early life. This telling of an old story brings an exciting, realistic narrative to the Gospel events.
